I do not accept refunds because my products are digital and sent to your email automatically upon purchase.  If you have any issues receiving your PDF pattern in your email, please contact me at erica.lavenderandtwine@gmail.com. I can look into your order to easily locate and fix any issues in order to get you your pattern.
