Do you have social media profiles I can follow?

Why yes I do!  Follow the links at the bottom of this page to my Facebook and Instagram pages.  I post everything I do whether the item is custom or available for sale.

Do you do custom work?

My custom calendar is currently closed as I am designing PDF Patterns full time now, however, I do sell off the bags I create for new pattern promotion. Follow me on social media to see new bags!

 

Do you have a brick and mortar shop?

Not at this time.  I make and work entirely out of my home.  If I decide to have a physical presence out in the world, I will probably start with a space in a boutique as those are quite popular in my area.

Do you accept returns?

I do not accept returns, since my main items sold are PDF Patterns and there is no way to return those. If you purchase a bag from me through retail, (meaning not a custom order) I stand behind my work for 6 months from the time of purchase.  If there is a failure due to construction (and not due to mistreatment of the bag) I will repair.  

I'm a Vendor, can I send you samples to try so that you can promote my business?

I am very selective with vendors that I work with in order to be sure I'm collaborating with business owners who value inclusivity as much as I do.  That means I do not accept free items from vendors in return for a shout out or promotion with my audience.  I just cannot guarantee that I will have time to try the items or create promotion.  Thank you for understanding.
